Join us for tthe opening reception of Inherited Threads: In Transit. This exhibition invites guests to reflect on what is inherited, what is transformed, what we choose to carry forward, and which rooms we choose to step into next. Artist Christina Lopez-Prado creates a reflective space for guests to consider the life and legacy of Charles and Sarah Allis through large-scale installations of cyanotype portraiture and textiles. The exhibition will take place in The Lift Gallery, an immersive, kinetic exhibition space located in the Museum's elevator.
