Wedding Ceremony  
Includes 3-hour block of time, set up of chairs and use of the house and
grounds for your wedding photography.

Villa/Allis Wedding Package

Rehearsal at Villa Terrace (1 hour), Ceremony at Villa Terrace (3 hours) & Reception at Allis (6 hours) $3,600
 

Allis Wedding Package

Rehearsal at Allis (1 hour), Ceremony at Allis (1 hour) & Reception at Allis (6 hours) $2200
 


Additional Fees

Wedding Rehersal (required w/ceremony) $100/hr
Wedding photography (if no ceremony) $150/hr
Open Mansion $100/hr
Tenting $100 flat fee for use of patio w/tent



Renter must arrange tent with independent vendor. 
Costs incurred are the responsibility of the Renter.

*Events must conclude 12:00 a.m.

Rates include basic audio visual set-up and use of screen, podium and microphone, assistance from our experienced event staff before, during and after your event, coordination of delivery schedules, set-up, breakdown, and billing.
